Alberta Free-mo 2006

The layout just keeps getting bigger! In 2005, a few of the Chilliwack Model Railway Club's Free-mo division members came out to take a look and have some fun on our layout. They also left with a promise to come back the next year with modules. And did they ever! A full blown yard complete with an engine servicing facility and roundhouse, and nearly a half dozen scenicked modules as well!

The South Bank Short Line group came up from Calgary, and published a very nice article about the weekend in their newsletter. Here is the text from that issue of "The Bobber".
