Supertrain 2009

We were the largest layout in the Calgary Soccer Centre, even compared to the G scale stuff!
SUPERTRAIN 2009 was an excellent setup, featuring a bright yellow VIA Turbo which raced around the loop-to-loop mainline with lots of kids running to keep up), a Shay pulling a couple flatcars and a specially designed "well" car holding a compact video camera taking video footage around half the layout. (Video on YouTube is here. Thanks to Chris Bruckshaw for providing the inspiration and camera to pull off this feat!)
The show was extremely enjoyable for virtually everyone and we're quite happy at the turnout to the show!
