FINAL CALL FOR MODULES (Deadline July 31st)

To date 24 participants have registered 58 modules consisting of 

410+ module foot length with several more people expressing interest but waiting to commit

Event Summary

Venue: Big Valley Agriplex, Big Valley, AB   MAP

Event Dates: August 13 - 16, 2026

Operator Fees: Payment can be made in cash on arrival or EMT to: Adrian.weleschuk@shaw.ca  (We Encourage payment in advance of event please!) 

Full Participant - $100.00

• Thursday participants who arrive by 10:00am and help with the setup, with or without modules

• Friday participants who arrive by 11:00am   with double-track module or modules  and help with the remaining integration of modules into the setup 

 Guest Operator - $40.00/day 09:00 - 18:00 Saturday or Sunday 09:00 – 15:00  (must provide your own train and digitrax controller)

Set-Up Information:

• Wednesday, August 12th Pre-Setup  16:00 - Modules may be unloaded but not set-up  Camping is available

• Thursday, August 13th Full Setup 09:00 – Modules are to be on site by 10:00am (Dinner will be provided by Calgary Free-Mo)

• Friday, August 14th Late Arrival Setup 09:00 – Modules must be on site by 11:00am

Rail Height and Skirting: For this meet the rail height will be 42”, skirting is optional
